OK, this one I’m not exactly sure I’m on the bandwagon with, but then again I’ve never actually tried it. Marini’s is close enough to go down and try it, but it’s also more than a stones throw to get to. Maybe a lighter color chocolate or maybe even bacon bites (as oppose to strips) would look more appealing. Maybe even a nice chocolate swirl on bacon cover bits. But then again as I stated before, I’ve never tried them, so I’ll need someone to chime in before I trek all the way down to Santa Cruz to chomp it.     I actually have made this at home… I think it’s delish! smaller peices for sure..I usually cut the strip 5 or 6 times to make squares. Important that the strips are cooked crispy.
